A Night Sea of Liminality; the Moon is a place to allow darkness and let the tides and waves carry us. Here, we lean into mystery and deepen into self. We learn how to be, how to allow, how to not know, without getting caught up in the brain’s stories that spike when there is uncertainty. We practice resting, non-doing, noticing and releasing narratives that come up in the unknown.
